This is right up my alley. I literally ran the copywriting team for Jeff Walker, the creator of Product Launch Formula… the system after which most modern launches are modeled.

Copy Team Development
This is ideal for a company experiencing massive growth, or looking to free up time of the C-suite and/or executive team.
Past clients I’ve worked with have had great success and now need to bring on a team that can work cohesively toward a singular goal… only the founder/CEO struggled to onboard and train their copywriters in a way that helped the writers consistently improve.
Some of them needed temporary help to tide the team over until a marketing director or creative director or CMO could be installed. Some of them needed an experienced copy chief to evaluate the marketing opportunities and help the fledgling creative team figure out its systems, voice, and groove.
That’s where I come in.
Give me 90 days and I’ll:
- Assess the skill level of the creative team and provide training/resources to bolster their confidence
- Evaluate early drafts of marketing assets and provide feedback and coaching to help make sure it meets company voice/brand/objectives
- Sign off on drafts
- Advise on deployment strategy/timing
- Work with your data team to analyze performance and determine whether any strategic adjustments need to be made to improve results
- At the end of the quarter, we'll have established a creative development process, and approvals process, a voice/style guide if needed, an onboarding training for future copy team members, an assessment of current staff, and areas to improve along with resources to help them improve.
