My name is Angie.

I was an overworked and underappreciated copywriter stuck in cubicle hell. I loved my work but hated my workplace and was fast approaching burnout after 5+ years in corporate.

(Not to mention, feeling pretty resentful of having to cover all my tattoos and severely limit the use of my favorite word in the English language: fuck.)

One day, I asked for a raise. And when I heard I was capped at 6%, I knew I was done.

I had just written an email campaign that paid for the collective salaries in my department for several years but couldn’t get them to budge on their 6% “merit raise” policy.

So, I made a plan and walked out the door.

I knew that if I was working this hard to make someone else money, that I could make that money for myself. And I could do it without worrying about whether I look and sound like a corporate suit.

It wasn't an easy choice, and I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way.

But I finally have a business that I adore, working with clients I love. I make my own hours, and sometimes I don’t put on pants for days at a time (that’s the beauty of working from home).

Now I'm on a mission to liberate all my fellow corporate misfits.

There's so much more to life than being trapped in cubicle hell, and it's totally possible to create a business you love.

All you have to do is figure out how to escape. And that's where I come in.
